Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. We will process your order and arrange shipment within 48 hours, please allow an additional 24 hours for us to add your tracking information. We will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.

You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order and will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.

 

US STANDARD SERVICE

Our standard shipping service is free for all US orders.

For delivery throughout the US, we use USPS, UPS, and Amazon Logistics as our primary couriers.  Deliveries arrive between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding weekends within 4-7 working days.

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Guam or APO addresses at this time.

 

Exclusions

Outlying areas may take up to 7 business days.
